Steer

Steer, an international consulting firm, chooses Quadrifoglio Group’s X-Change acoustic booths for new offices located in the Southwarks district of central London. Specifically, these are six cabins, with different sizes ranging from 2×2, 4×2, 4×3 and finally with special dimensions 4.4×4.6 m. They were placed in two groups of three, thus creating two unique volumes, becoming meeting rooms suitable for all needs, from small team meetings to video call with customers. The customization is found not only in the size, but also in the finishes: the profiles are in Shadow Grey color, whereas the blind walls, both internally and externally, are in White Melamine, and some of the internal ones are covered in B01/010 fabric, which not only adds a colorful touch to the environment, but also acts as a sound absorber and gives greater acoustic comfort. All X-Change cabins are equipped with mechanical ventilation for air recirculation and the presence sensor for switching the LED lights on/off. Another significant factor is the absence of a secondary floor of the acoustic cabin so as to ensure the accessibility for wheelchair users. A project that has followed the requests of the client, in creating reserved spaces but at the same time harmonious with the surrounding environment.
