Tip Top Fenster

Tip Top Fenster, which specializes in window, door and glazing systems, opens the new showroom and offices inside the Interior Tower building in Brixen (BZ). The client wanted a headquarters and an exhibition space of great aesthetic impact that reflected the company’s style and love for beauty: thus was born a space of over 300 m² within a global concept, which allows to have several renowned companies in the real estate and interior design sector under one roof. From this need, large workspaces and meeting rooms have been designed where the goal is to make employees and customers feel immersed in a modern, high-design environment, with extreme attention to all details. The interior design, designed by the architecture and design studio totronic, under the direction of Ingrid Tosoni and Andreas Trojer, is a reflection of the company’s solid tradition, combined with the continuous development of innovative technical systems. In the office area, in addition to configurations that promote collaboration, technical solutions and specialized surfaces have been integrated, specifically the Idea+ Tube desks with the Diade Rock seat in different colors of E03 fabric upholstery, and the height-adjustable Up&Up tables. Custom-made wardrobes have been designed on the walls, in the Anthracite Canvas finish, which in its elegance is always refined and original so as to exploit all the spaces in an optimal and orderly way. The open-office space has been designed to stimulate interaction and allow flexible use of space thanks to mobile central workstations. For the main meeting room, City armchairs with a base on wheels have been combined around a round solid wood table to facilitate movement, and also in this case combine design with functionality and flexibility.

Speaking about the project, architect Tosoni says: „The wooden surfaces underline the craftsmanship, while the large windows and the details of the products convey the dynamism of innovation. […] The careful choice of products, materials and finishes, combined with a carefully designed lighting system, is aimed at putting the product in the foreground and meeting the needs of employees, improving efficiency and elevating the overall aesthetic appearance.“

Thus, thanks to the design and furnishings chosen, the new Tip Top headquarters presents itself with an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
